Your satisfaction with the Furtex experience matters to us. We want you to be pleased with the goods and services that you receive from us. Below are some commonly asked questions and details about shipping, returns, and exchanges.

CONSUMERS

Furtex is a wholesale company. If you have purchased a Furtex branded product and wish to return it for any reason, contact the retailer directly - they will handle the return process.

SHIPPING

Processing Time: We aim to have your order picked, packed, and dispatched within 2 working days

Freight: Our freight charges are based on order weight and delivery region.

Delivery Times:

  • North Island – 2 to 4 working days
  • South Island – 4 to 6 working days
  • Rural delivery – add an extra day to the above
  • Metro Melbourne – 2 to 4 working days
  • Rest of Australia – 4 to 6 working days

These our estimated delivery times under normal circumstances. We will endeavour to inform you if lead times differ from the above at the point when you place your order.

Important Note: When signing for delivery, inspect packages for damage before accepting. If your client is receiving the order, please inform them of this requirement.

RETURNS

We work hard to ensure the pictures and descriptions on our website are as accurate as possible. We understand that sometimes there can be small variations between the screens you are viewing on, or our print material may give a different impression of the product itself. If you're not happy with an item you've received from us, and wish to return or exchange it, we would like to make the return process as easy as possible for you.

Restocking Fee: 10% of item value (waived if you exchange for an item of equal or greater value)

Requirements:

  • - Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • - Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • - You cover return shipping costs
  • - Return Authority (RA) reference required (we'll provide this)
FAULTY ITEMS

We put high value on the quality of our products and do our best to maintain a consistent level of high quality across our range. However, if you believe your item is faulty, complete our return form with detailed images. We'll review and respond promptly.

RETURNS FORM

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

Please contact us immediately (within 7 days) if you receive damaged items or believe something is missing. Include images of damaged items via our return form.

Return Fees: Free returns for faulty or damaged items. Customer pays return shipping for change of mind returns.
